Nothing Is Hidden
Hebrews 4:13
There is no creature that is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account.

God sees everything. Nothing is concealed from Him — not our actions, not our words, not even our thoughts. This truth can feel alarming at first. To be fully exposed before a holy God is humbling and, for many of us, frightening.
But consider the alternative: a God who could be fooled. A God who could be deceived by appearances. A God who judged only what He could see on the surface. That kind of God would be unreliable and ultimately unjust. The fact that God sees everything is actually a foundation for trust.
Because He sees all, He judges accurately. He does not misunderstand our intentions or overlook our struggles. He knows the full context of every failure and every act of faithfulness. His knowledge is not cold surveillance; it is intimate awareness.
Living before a God who sees everything frees us from pretending. We can stop performing and start being honest. There is nothing left to hide — and in that vulnerability, we find grace.

- Am I living differently in private than in public?
- Does the knowledge that God sees everything make me anxious or grateful?
- How does God's complete awareness of me lead to deeper trust rather than deeper fear?
Pray
Ask God to help you live transparently before Him. Thank Him that He sees you fully and still offers grace. Pray for the freedom that comes from having nothing to hide.
