The Hope of Resurrection
1 Corinthians 15:20–22
But now Christ has been raised from the dead. He became the first fruit of those who are asleep. For since death came by man, the resurrection of the dead also came by man. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.

The resurrection of Jesus is not an isolated event. It is the firstfruits — the guarantee and beginning of a greater harvest. Because He was raised, those who belong to Him will be raised. This is the hope that sustains the Christian life.
In Adam, we inherited death. Sin entered the world, and with it came separation from God, decay, and mortality. But in Christ, that pattern is reversed. Life replaces death. Hope replaces despair. Resurrection replaces the grave.
This hope is not wishful thinking. It is rooted in a historical event. Christ was raised bodily from the dead. Witnesses saw Him. The apostles staked their lives on it. And because it happened, everything else God has promised becomes credible.
The resurrection changes how we face every trial, every loss, and every fear. Death is not the end. It is a doorway. And on the other side, Christ is waiting.
